How to See the Doctor:

As of the 1st October, all morning appointments will be

appointment only. If you need to be seen urgently and do not

have an appointment, please ring the surgery and the

receptionist will give you a time to come to surgery.

Evening surgery is by appointment only.

Fri	¹ 8.00-11.00am	¹ 3.30-6.00pm

Home Visits:

If you are unable to attend Surgery, please try to make your

request for a home visit before 10.30am. The Receptionist will

ask about your illness to help the Doctor plan his home visits.

If there is any degree of urgency, please make it clear.

Repeat Prescriptions:

Repeat prescriptions can be collected during opening hours

after 24-hours notice. They can be ordered by leaving the

prescription re-order form in the box provided in the foyer, or

by post including a stamped, addressed envelope.

All new patients registering with the Practice are invited to have a full check-up.
